Jordan Pajak is Partner at Covalent Recruitment, a division of The Mason Group. With a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry, Jordan previously led the West Coast office for his former company, where he spent nearly a decade.

He successfully launched and managed operations in Vancouver while working closely with companies across the U.S. Specializing in technical and IT recruitment, Jordan has partnered with companies at all stages of growth, from Seed funding to Series A and beyond. His deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and his talent for building dynamic, high-performing teams have made him a trusted partner to many innovative businesses.

Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Sustainability from Dalhousie University. When not in the office, Jordan is always on the go. He’s an athlete who competes in HYROX, CrossFit, and marathons. His adventurous spirit extends to travel, taking him across the U.S., Canada, and around the globe. Whether scaling mountains or exploring new places, Jordan thrives on adventure and the excitement of new challenges.
