Director, Financial Reporting
Our Toronto client, one of Canada’s largest public real estate companies, is looking for a Director, Financial Reporting to join their team.
In this high-profile role, you will be responsible for all external financial reporting and compliance for the company, including complete financial statements, notes, MD&A disclosures and IFRS and SOX compliance. Banking and some treasury functions are also in your area, and you will get involved with other corporate level initiatives such as overhead costing, management reporting and budgeting and forecasting at the corporate level.
The successful candidate must have a CA designation, and have experience in audit and financial reporting. Ambition, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are also required. Real estate experience is highly preferred.
